To process your return, please email us at tohlheiser@msn.com or call 303-882-6879. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm CST (excluding holidays).

Specific instructions along with a Credit Note will be provided to you via email which you will need to include in your return.

• You have 30 calendar days to return the product from the day you received it to receive a full refund.

• You must include the product name and order number (from confirmation email) for us to process your return.

• You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

• Once we receive the returned item(s) we will initiate the refund process.

• The return will be processed to the original method of payment (credit card, debit card).

• H2OG FOGGER INC is not responsible for lost returns.

• H2OG FOGGER INC reserves the right to inspect returned items and refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time, at our discretion.

• Returns received without the provided credit note will be delayed/declined for returns and/or exchange.
